I prefer that all documents be submitted in "Rich Text Format" as I believe this is a safer format for Internet exchange.
Saving documents in Rich Text Format is quite simple in Microsoft Word following the following instructions.
Under he main topic "File" Select "Save As"


Then you will see the following:


* Here you can enter the name for your document
By
selecting this arrow * you will select the pull down box where you can select "Rich Text
Format (*.rtf)" *
If you forget to select RTF then the default is to save the file in ""Word Document (*.doc). I will not open these files due to the risk of virus. If you have a different word processor the procedure should be similar. If you are still having problems then save the document as a text (*.txt) file. If you have a PDF editor you may save the documents in (*.pdf) format as well.
