A truly exceptional presentation of ethical considerations in computing and information systems. Author maintains an informative web site as well. Used in UM course IFSM 304.

Very good overview of the field. Used in UM course IFSM 201.

Handbook. Covers in detail modern web browers, searching the Internet, email and news, file handling, helper files and plug-ins, web authoring, Internet Relay Chat. Excellent tables and glossaries. Used in UM course CAPP 385.
